Pilot (0-3 Months)
For the first 3 months that your chatbot is live, we will monitor your analytics and report back on bot performance, patterns, and customer usage. From there, we make recommendations on how to improve your chatbot, and update it every 2 weeks, free of charge.
Next Phase (3 Months & Beyond)
Even after the Pilot Program has been completed, we keep Community Managers on hand for bot upkeep and maintenance. Available for your needs, you can talk to your Community Manager for all your chatbot or analytics questions.
